ARCN Arquitectura is an architectural studio established by Andrés Ricardo Chiriboga Novillo in Quito-Ecuador at the end of 2020. Andrés is an Ecuadorian architect born in Quito in 1982. He began his academic studies at the Universidad Católica del Ecuador where he obtained his Architectural Degree in 2007. In 2012, Andrés completed a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management and Project Development at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, in partnership with the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Andrés began his career by remodeling commercial and retail stores, as well as single-family houses. He later joined Felipe Londoño Architectural Studio where he worked for thirteen years managing residential construction projects in Cumbayá and Puembo. During his career he has worked on project design, construction review, construction management, remodeling and inspection of projects.
